Government Canyon - Bluff Spurs Trails
| The Bluff Spurs are a number of connected trails, beginning either from the Reacharge Trail, between the heads of Joe Johnston Route and Sendero Balcones, and from further up Sendero Balcones. Whichever way you begin, you have options of visiting both the North Spur and the South Spur overlooks, which give a view to the southwest, including the park headquarters. Gentle climbs, pretty trails, and, best of all, NO BICYCLES! |
