Enchanted Rock - West of Little Rock
| From the summit of Enchanted Rock, zigzag down the west face to the Echo Canyon trail. Cross the trail and start up the east face of Little Rock. There is a path, not shown on the park map, part of the way up, and then it's an easy walk over smooth rock. Go down the other side of Little Rock and up the next rock, shown on the park map but with no name. On the west side of this rock are some very interesting pedestal rock formations. At the base of the west side, you'll find a trail, also not shown on the park map, which will lead you out to the western edge of the Loop Trail, not too far from the campground. |
